double if is not handled well with if/else refactoring

Description
Sture spotted a bug with his VDFQuery and the SplitInlineIfElseLine function. Apperantly there is at least one line with a "double if" construct on the same line, which broke the logic. I have asked him to send me the name of that file so we can try to fix it.
The VDFQuery file that has the double "if" construct is in fdxselct.utl,
