CM: Suggestion list can overlap what you type

Description
When typing near the bottom of the editor window then what you type might be overlapped by the suggestion window.
See also the attached screenshot.
This is not a new issue and might be unique to codemax, so it has low priority to fix at the moment.
It will however be a good item to check for when implementing in scintilla.
