TH3: Make trim whitespace at End of Line on save configurable

Description
Currently the Hammer does trim all spaces at the end of a line when saving your file.
It is doing this so that it behaves the same as the DataFlex Studio. The reasoning behind this is that it eliminates unnecessary noise in source controls when using both editors for editing.
While that is noble, there might be times that a user is not so charmed by this behavior, so it would be great if we can make this a configurable option.
The method that handles this is called BufferTextRTrim and is called from CM_SaveFile in cEditorEdit.pkg

Apparently my memory is wrong as the Studio in VDF16.1 at least does not removing trailing spaces from your code.

This was implemented a long time ago and is configurable in the Hammer Options screen.
