Clicking the text encoding pane in the statusbar now opens a panel that allows you to change the text encoding for the current file.
You can switch between OEM/ANSI and UTF8 and it will apply the change immediately.

Don't re-indent lines with a multiline string, leave those alone.

Some fixes on the multiline string handling in the Lexer DLL.
It now handles embedded quotes much better as well as better handling of strings that have not been closed.

Fix the statusbar INS/OVR pane to show the current caret overtype mode.
